Please Describe The Problem.
Please include as much detail as you can, including :

what happened
when it happened: before the dive on the surface, during the dive on the way down, during the dive on the way up/deco, on the surface after the dive, etc…
frequency: just one time, several times – in a specific situation, several times - randomly
environment: lake, ocean, air temperature, water temperature, etc…
any relevant circumstances: it happened when the unit went into deco, it happened when I turned on my HID light, it happened when I put my unit from cold ocean into hot water, etc…
